Paneer Pasanda

Introduction:
Paneer pasanda is one the most creamy tasting vegetable dishes. This recipe is made with fatty ingredients i.e. cream, yogurt and cheese which not only taste exotic but are a real treat for food lovers. Pasanda are actually thin boneless meat pieces taken out from every kind of meat but if you do not like meat then you can still enjoy pasanda by cutting paneer in pasanda shape. Follow the below written simple recipe of paneer pasanda and enjoy it with family.

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams cottage cheese
  • One cup cream
  • Two big sized tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • Two medium sized onions (thinly sliced)
  • One cup yogurt
  • 100 grams butter
  • One cup milk
  • Salt as per taste
  • One teaspoon red chilli powder (laal mirch powder)
  • Half teaspoon haldi (turmeric)
  • Half teaspoon cumin
  • Half teaspoon grounded dry coriander (kuta dhania)
  • Half teaspoon all spices powder (garam masala powder)
  • Green chilies
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Quarter cup oil
Preparation Process:
Heat the butter. Fry onions until they start turning golden. Then add tomatoes until they get blended. Add yogurt, milk, salt, red chili powder, cumin, dry coriander and turmeric and cook until gravy turns thick. Slice the cottage cheese into squares and add in the gravy and cook for ten minutes. Take it out in dish. Garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies and cream.
