Soya is minced meat like vegetable which is the best substitute of meat for vegetable eaters. You can replace meat with soya granules in any recipe. Make biryani, kababs, kofta or anything with soya granules. They always taste best and healthy. Following is the recipe of soya granules cutlets. Make them for lunch, dinners or tea parties and enjoy eating these tempting and tasty cutlets.
- 250 grams soya granules
- 4 medium sized potatoes
- Half cup peas
- One cup carrot
- Half cup onions
- Half cup elbow shaped macronies (boiled)
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper as per taste
- Half teaspoon of Chinese salt
- Green chilies as much liked or three
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Two tablespoons of corn flour
Boil the soya granules, peas, thinly cubed carrots, potatoes and macronies separately. Mash the potatoes finely and mix other boiled ingredients well in it. Add finely cubed onions, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper, green chilies, corn flour and coriander in the mixture and incorporate everything well. Make medium sized oval patties and fry them by dipping in the egg and then in the bread crumbs.
Easy to make soya granules cutlets are ready! Serve them hot with tea and ketchup.
