Pasanda are the fillets which are made up of chicken, beef or mutton. These fillets are cooked in many different styles. You can roast them, make them with gravy, and use them as burger patties or in salads, sandwiches and kebabs. Chicken pasanda is quite tempting dish which can be made in English or Indian style. The latter style is quite spicy and simple to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast pieces (nearly one kg)
- One big onion (finely sliced)
- Two tomatoes
- One stick of cinnamon (dalchini)
- Two to three cardamoms (ilaichi)
- One tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
- Salt as per taste
- Half teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
- One teaspoon chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
- One teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
- 5 tablespoon yogurt
- Fresh coriander
- Green chilies
- Quarter cup of oil
