Cauliflower fry

Introduction:
Cauliflower belongs to the family of floral vegetables, usually available in three different colors in the market. There are many healthy benefits of eating cauliflower such as it defends against cervical, ovarian and prostate cancers. Many people do not like to eat it because of its bitter taste but once you will make the spicy cauliflower fry, you will never stop yourself from eating it again and again.

Ingredients:
  • One small cauliflower
  • One medium sized onion
  • Salt as per taste
  • One teaspoon red chili powder
  • Half teaspoon turmeric
  • Half teaspoon garam masala powder
  • One teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Half teaspoon grounded coriander
  • Half teaspoon rai
  • Quarter cup oil
Preparation process:
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Finely chop the onions. Heat the oil and add rai in it and fry until it starts popping. Then add onions and fry till start turning transparent. Add cauliflower pieces and cook till they become tender. Add other ingredients with half cup of water and cook till the water dries. Spicy cauliflower fry is ready to serve.
