How to cook chili paneer
  1. Take a large bowl, put all the things that you have for marinade and make the paste of them. Cut paneer into cubed pieces and dunk into this paste. Give time to paneer to absorb the marinade.

  2. Pour almost four tablespoons of oil in frying pan. Place marinade paneer cubes in it and brown both the sides of it.

  3. Remove these cubes into some dish very carefully.

  4. Now you need to saute vegetables so using the same pan, fry green chilies, onions and capsicum. Saute for three to four minutes meanwhile onions will become transparent.

  5. Rise the flame and add green chili sauce, tomato paste, sugar and soya sauce. Saute all the things well then slow down the flame after 30 minutes.

  6. Pour corn flour into mixture and then add the paneer cubes that you have fried after marinade. Check the salt taste and if you find it little, add more in it. However, you should be careful while adding the salt as all the sauces is already salty. Cook for 5 minutes till the mixture becomes thick.
