Hakka Noodles

Introduction:
Hakka noodles are plain rice noodles which is the origination of certain Chinese community. Hakka cuisine has an Indian flavor in it and is quite simple as it contains very less spices and seasoning. Vegetable hakka noodles are very simple to follow having an Indian-Chinese like taste in it. Gather very few ingredients such as chili sauce, Soya sauce and vinegar and make very delicious noodles for the whole family.

Ingredients:
  • One packet of Vegetable hakka noodles
  • Salt as per taste
  • One teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • One teaspoon of Chinese salt
  • Two tablespoons vinegar
  • Two tablespoons chili sauce
  • Two tablespoons Soya sauce
  • Quarter cup ketchup
  • 2 cups Mix vegetables (carrots, peas, spring onions, capsicum)
  • Quarter cup oil
Preparation Process:
Boil the noodles and strain them and drop few drops of oil so that they do not stick with one another. Heat the oil and fry all vegetables in it till they become tender. Now add all the spices, vinegar, sauces and ketchup and cook for a while. Add half cup of water and let it cook by covering the pan with lid. In the end, add noodles and mix thoroughly.

Vegetable hakka noodles are ready to serve!
