Bean Sprouts Recipe

Introduction:
Bean sprouts taste just like mushrooms. Most people find it difficult to cook bean sprouts because it is difficult to cut their roots. The tip in this case is that keep bean sprouts soaked in the water for at least three hours and then cut them. You will find it quite easy to work on them.

Ingredients:
  • One cup of bean sprouts
  • Quarter cup of oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • One tablespoon soya sauce
  • One teaspoon sugar
  • One tablespoon chili sauce
Preparation process:
Heat the oil and fry bean sprouts in it till they become tender. Add all other ingredients and half cup water and cook until water absorbs.
