Lady Finger

Lady fingers are cooked in different ways. They can be complemented with gravy or stir fried or can be filled with spices. You can enjoy its any kind with raita and chapatti. Following is the very special recipe of making lady fingers. You will love this recipe when you will try it.

  • Half kg lady fingers
  • Two medium sized onions
  • Salt as per taste
  • One teaspoon red chili powder
  • One teaspoon aamchoor
  • Green chilies
  • Two tomatoes
  • Quarter cup oil
Preparation process:
Cut onions, green chilies and tomatoes thinly and mix with dry spices. Slit the lady fingers from centre and fill in the mixture and lock each with thread. Heat the oil and fry lady fingers in it. When half-done, add the remaining spice mixture and half cup of water and cook till water absorbs. Serve hot.
