Sweet corns cake

Who say that cakes are just made with flours and cream? Savory cakes are made in Indian cuisine which is made with all salty ingredients and taste quite different and unique. Sweet corns are loved by everybody especially by children. Make sweet corns cake and enjoy it at tea time.

  • One and a half cups sweet corns (tinned)
  • One third cup of masa harina
  • Quarter cup of water
  • Half cup of butter
  • One third cup of sugar
  • Quarter cup of corn meal
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • Half teaspoon baking powder
  • Four teaspoons whipped cream
Preparation procedure:
Beat the butter till it gets creamy. Add masa harina and water and beat more. Grind the sweet corns. Slowly and gradually, add the remaining ingredients and keep on beating. Pour the mixture in baking tin and bake for at least an hour at 200 degree C. Take it out when it cools.
