Maggi noodles recipe

Introduction:
Who do no love magi noodles? Whether you are starving, planning to eat something with tea or hunting for midnight meal then the idea of having maggi noodles always come first. Children can eat maggi noodles whole day. These are very easy to make; boil the water and cook noodles in it for two minutes and they are ready. You can also add them in different recipes to develop a new dish. Following is the recipe of potato balls with maggi noodles. Not only kids will love to have them but it will be a delicious addition to your kitty parties or tea time snacks.

Ingredients:
  • 2 potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
  • 1 packet maggi noodles (any flavor, cooked)
  • One medium sized sliced onion
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Two green chilies (cut in small pieces)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Half teaspoon of black pepper
  • One egg
  • Bread crumbs
Preparation Process:
Add noodles, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt and black pepper in the mashed potatoes and mix well until everything gets incorporated. Make medium sized eight balls out of this mixture. Whisk the egg. Dip potato balls in the egg first and then roll in the bread crumbs. Deep fry them in the hot oil until balls turn golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup!
