Wraps are the edible wrappers made with oriental recipes. You can fill in the fried chicken or vegetables or boiled potatoes to the wraps and enjoy a delicious tea time snack. Rice wraps have their individual taste and aroma build spring onions and garlic.
- One cup boiled rice
- Half cup spring onions (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves
- One teaspoon chopped garlic
- Salt as per taste
- Wraps as much required
- Two tablespoons oil
Heat the oil and fry all ingredients together except wraps. Cut each wrap vertically and keep the two pieces making L shape. Put a decent amount of rice over the corner joining both pieces and start wrapping first the horizontal placed wrap then the vertical one. In the last, lock the joints with beaten egg. Fry these in oil deeply and take out when they turn to golden color.
