- One bunch of reddish leaves
- Salt as per taste
- Juice of one lemon
- One teaspoon of urad daal
- Quarter cup of moong daal
- Half teaspoon of red chili flakes
- A handful of peanuts
- Half teaspoon of mustard seeds
- Green chilies
- Fresh coriander leaves
Boil the lentils and mash them roughly. Heat the oil and fry mustard seeds in it. When they start cracking, fry thinly sliced reddish leaves, boiled lentils and other ingredients. When leaves become tender, garnish with coriander and green chilies.
